With the Symbian OS fast phasing out of the market, everybody now has their eyes on the new Windows mobile phone with Nokia reportedly struck six countries in Europe this year. The regions are France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, but what most caught by surprise is that the Finnish phone manufacturer has not included Finland here.
