SmartDevices has unveiled their first e-book reader, the R7, that will be released very soon. The device is powered by a 7-inch color LCD display with capacitive touchscreen capability at 800 x 600 resolution and several buttons on the front. The SmartDevices R7 also supports a wide range of e-book file formats. Too bad, there is no info on pricing or availability at this time, so stay tuned.
